Want to learn WordPress? Don’t have time to read tech books? We encourage beginners to come to register for our free upcoming “WordPress Beginners” class.   We are committed to making WordPress as simple to use as possible. Learn how to use WordPress to create and manage your own site in a few hours. Our main goal is to provide quality tips, tricks, and other resources for WordPress beginners, so they can improve their WordPress sites.

NFN4Good: WordPress for Beginners

For Beginners: Students will learn how to add and edit information on a WordPress website, how to upload photos and other files, and add them to pages and post.

  • Adding and editing text on pages and posts
  • Preparing, uploading and inserting photos
  • Formatting and arranging materials for the site
  • Organizing content in categories and sub-pages.

After leaving the class, you will be able to access your work from your personal computer in order to further develop the website.

We are delighted to be running a Google Apps workshop this January.  It will be packed full of ideas, examples and hands-on activities, leaving you full of ideas and enthusiasm for using Google’s free tools.  Give Google Apps a try!

Google Apps – Session I

Google provides us a whole set of free web and office products such as text processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and contacts management in the cloud so to speak, having access to your information through the web.  Learn more about principles behind it and how you can use it in your daily life.

Part I: Introduces Google personalized Homepage, Get the important information in one screen. Google Email & Google Calendar, Google Contact and a first view on Google Docs.

All classes are held at NFN Offices, Room: Training Room, 5035 Tamiami Trail E., Naples Florida 34113.
